I was in the process of cancelling my subscription to proactive 1 week before my 30 days were up and realized they had already gone into my account and charged me for the next month. My subscription is for 30 days NOT 23! What if I didn't have the money in my account to cover this charge? Who would have been responsible for the overdraft fees? Now, I have to wait until I receive the pkg. then send it back and once they receive it I will be refunded the money. What's up with that?????? It seems that should be against the law. If I authorize you to go into my acct after 30 days and you do it in 23 and think that's ok something is wrong! smh 1295526

Also; they sell monthly supplies. So of course they are going to put your next automatic order in 7 days early. It could take 7 days to get mailed to you. And if you end up going without the stuff; the acne comes right back in just a couple days (been there, done that) |
